Sundar maintains a broad commercial practice. He accepts briefs in all areas of law, but practices principally in equity, corporations and insolvency, competition and consumer law, complex contractual disputes, regulatory proceedings and class actions.

Before being called to the Bar, Sundar was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation group at Norton Rose Fulbright Australia, where he practised for 7 years. He has experience acting in a broad range of commercial and regulatory proceedings and investigations for both corporate and public sector clients (details of which are provided in the CV link above).

Sundar was also a tipstaff to a judge of the NSW Supreme Court and held sessional academic positions at the University of Sydney.
