Nick has practised in commercial litigation for more than 30 years. He spent the first 7 years of his legal career as a solicitor employed by Allens in Sydney. In 1998, he came to the NSW bar. He was appointed senior counsel in 2012. Nick appears in a wide range of matters with a focus on commercial, corporations, building and construction, class action and property litigation.

Nick is a clear and strategic thinker, and is easy to work with. With decades of experience in commercial litigation, he is skilled at identifying the critical issues in complex disputes, and presenting his clients’ arguments persuasively and with clarity.
