Emily accepts briefs in all areas of law, including commercial law, building & construction, insurance, and representative proceedings.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Emily was a Senior Associate at MinterEllison, where she practised for 8 years. Emily has acted for various builders and contractors in a broad range of complex disputes involving major projects, renewable energy infrastructure, and class actions. Her practice also encompasses insurance and indemnity proceedings, admiralty and maritime law, and commissions and inquiries.

Emily holds a Master of Law (Construction) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Commerce / Laws from the University of New South Wales.
